Refund Information
Refund Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost for your replacement items.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unwashed and unworn
- In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, the following items from our collections cannot be returned unless defective:

These items are only eligible for exchange if they arrive defective or damaged.
International Returns
